To ensure each client's project is managed effectively, we employ the use of our proven metodology, outlined below:
During this phase we work closely with you to learn about your business and understand the goals you have for your website. We look at your industry, your online competitors, your desired target markets and evaluate the online opportunities that would most benefit your business. Then we go over each and every detail of your project with you, from what pages you want on your new website to the brands and companies that inspire you and everything in between.
Once we know exactly what your business needs, we will put together a Project Proposal for you to go over. The Proposal will detail what we plan to do for you, what it should do for your business, as well as exact costs, a timing schedule and the project deliverables.
We ask that you use this time to gather and begin providing the imgages, copy and other information that we will need to get the project started. This ensures that we are completely prepared for the stages ahead and your project can be completed in a timely manner.
We consider this to be the most important phase in any project. It is important that both parties are committed to the exercise at hand and that our clients understand they will play a major role in their project.
The Design and Development phase is all about bringing your ideas to life. We blend form with function to design and develop a Web site that represents the essence of your brand, delivers cutting edge functionality and ultimately delivers the results you desire.
During the Design Stage we set up a production or "beta" site where we begin creating the design concepts of new websites. Once the concepts are ready for viewing we will send you a link to the "beta" site where you can preview it and request revisions as needed and included in your package.
Once the Design Stage has finished, we move onto Production. This involves making your website 'work' - this means coding your website, optimizing it for search engines and setting up the interactive features that will be included in your site.
With regular status updates and 24/7 access to your project, you can rest assured that your project is moving forward and in the right direction.
Once all of your project deliverables are complete and everything meets with your satisfaction we move the completeted website to its permananent home and submit it to Google and Yahoo! for listing. We then monitor your new site for 60 days after launch, performing bi-weekly keyword, indexing and visitor evalualtions. Depending on the results of our evaluations, we make any necessary adjustments to ensure the the most successful launch possible.
